The Scottish public has a high expectation of those who serve on the boards of public bodies and the way in which they should conduct themselves in undertaking their duties. They must meet those expectations by ensuring that their conduct is above reproach.

The Standing Orders are made under the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 and the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland) Order 2014. These Standing Orders shall regulate the procedure and business of the Integration Joint Board and all meetings of the Integration Joint Board or of a Committee or Sub-Committee of the Integration Joint Board must be conducted in accordance with these Standing Orders.

As part of the Code of Conduct, all Members of the Integration Joint Board are required to make a declaration of interests, which must be made publicly available. Declarations for each Member of the Integration Joint Board are available below:
