The Scottish Government's Public Bodies (Joint Working) Act (Scotland) 2014 sets out the arrangements for the integration of health and social care across the country.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and West Dunbartonshire Council have formally delegated health and social care services to what is referred to in the Act as being a local Integration Joint Board.
