Is your voice heard in community health and social care?

The participation of everyone in the community is important to the planning and delivery of the best possible services for West Dunbartonshire.

We need the voices of users of services, families and their carers from across our communities to help constantly improve the care provided.

We know that time is precious and the Local Engagement Networks (LENs) have been developed as a dynamic forum for you to engage - share your experiences and help us to make sure that every user can gain the maximum beneift from the services provided by West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

Each LEN looks at issues around distinct community health and social care services and gives you the chance to share your throughts on how the service could be improved for you and others across the local area.

The theme for the next LENs workshop is Dementia.

If you are living with Dementia or are you caring for someone who has Dementia we would like to hear from you, by completing the survey or by attending the following workshops;

LEN Dementia workshop on Tuesday 28th November 1.30pm - 3pm at the Vale Centre for Health and Care and Thursday 30th November 2pm - 3pm at Clydebank Townhall.

Carers LEN

West Dunbartonshire HSCP next themed LEN workshop will focus on Carers hosted by Carers of West Dunbartonshire and Young Carers hosted by Ysortit. We are committed to ensuring that carers are treated as equal partners and that they have access to a range of services which will support them with their caring role. To help us do this, we work in partnership with Carers of West Dunbartonshire, who provide the key carer support service within the area.
