Is your voice heard in community health and social care?

The participation of everyone in the community is important to the planning and delivery of the best possible services for West Dunbartonshire.

We need the voices of users of services, families and their carers from across our communities to help constantly improve the care provided.

We know that time is precious and the Local Engagement Networks (LENs) have been developed as a dynamic forum for you to engage  – share your experiences and help us to make sure that every user can gain the maximum benefit from the services provided by West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

LENs meetings take place on a two monthly cycle – covering both the Clydebank and Dumbarton & Alexandria locality areas. Two West Dunbartonshire wide LENs also take place each year.  Meetings are chaired by the LENS Chairs and are open to organisation representatives and interested individuals alike.

Each LEN looks at issues around distinct community health and social care services and gives you the chance to share your thoughts on how the service could be improved for you and others across the local area.

Taking part is easy to do.  We will record your areas of interest and then contact you when the next LENs meeting of interest to you will take place.  We will also give you the opportunity to feed into our regular surveys and newsletters.
