We would like to hear about the positive parts of the service being provided and look to continue to carry on doing those things. If you think we have done something particularly well please let us know.
Along with the positive parts, we would also like to hear about the possible improvements we can make for the good of the service. It is important that you share with us when you are unhappy with the service being provided so as we can address any issue appropriately.
Please remember if you do wish to raise a complaint, it will not affect your Care at Home Service in any way. You will still receive the same level of care but trust that your complaint will be investigated.
