Each Health and Social Care Partnership is requested by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to provide an Annual Clinical and Care Governance Report. The Health Act 1999 requires that NHSGGC “put and keep in place arrangements for the purpose of monitoring and improving the quality of health care which it provides to individuals".
