What is the criteria for applying?

Our current services are listed below and available to all residents of West Dunbartonshire who are aged 16 years or older. Self-referrals are accepted.

Our services can be accessed in the following locations across West Dunbartonshire.

Clydebank Library
Clydebank Health and Care Centre
Ben View Resource Centre, Dumbarton
Riverside Church, Dumbarton
Vale Centre for Health and Care, Alexandria.

Is there a charge?

All services are free at the point of contact, although donations are accepted.

Timescale

Once a referral is received, waiting times for an initial assessment to discuss the persons’ support is around 4-8 weeks. Each service has a waiting time that can vary between 3-6 months from referral, depending on the amount of referrals we receive.
