This document contains update on progress for 2017 along with a refreshed Workforce and Organisational Development Support Plan for 2018.
This is the first integrated Workforce & Organisational Development Strategy - with Support Plan - for the West Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
The Joint Staff Forum (JSF) is the arrangement through with, the Chief Officer of West Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (WD HSCP) - on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board (NHSGGC) and West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) – and Trade Unions representing staff working within WD HSCP will work together to enable effective staff governance.
The Strategy delivers key actions in support of this. An annual support plan is developed as part of the Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy, which describes the key workforce and organisational development activities that will be undertaken across and within service areas which are of particular relevance.
