The preferred method for Service Users to pay an invoice for a chargeable non residential service is via Direct Debit.
The benefits of paying via Direct Debit are:
- it is convenient;
- secure;
- a flexible way to pay for a service; and
- It also provides service users and their families peace of mind that they will continue to receive this service.
Service users will receive an annual bill and will be required to follow one of the below options to set up a direct debit. If you are already using direct debit, then your current debit scheme will be updated with the new charge.
To switch to a Direct Debit payment plan, then there are two options available to sign up;
- Complete the online mandate by going to the following website: Payment of Invoices (AR) | West Dunbartonshire Council
- Call the Finance Service Centre agents on 01389 737737, selecting option 3, and the team will be able to help you set this up.
Any standing orders in place to pay for bills will need to be cancelled between the bank account nominee and the bank.
