Stalking

Stalking is when someone shows a pattern of behaviour (of two or more actions) that make you feel fear or alarm, or had the aim to make you feel fear or alarm. You can find more information on Police Scotland Website and on the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre Website.

Action Against Stalking can help anyone in the UK affected by stalking. They provide support, help and advice, along with their unique throughcare service designed to address all aspects of the experience of being stalked. You can request help, support and advice by filling out their dedicated form or you can call their helpline on 0800 820 2427.

The National Stalking Helpline is a service set up to provide advice and advocacy to residents from across the United Kingdom. You can get support by calling 0808 802 0300 from 09:30 until 20:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 09:30 until 16:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
