Vitality is a programme of exercise classes that will support you to exercise at a level suitable to your ability. Classes are designed to help build and maintain strength, co ordination, endurance and flexibility.
Vitality classes are suitable for individuals with medical conditions including: stroke, heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis and are designed to support individuals to make daily life and activities more manageable.
Classes are available in four levels:
All Vitality classes are led by highly trained and experienced instructors, and are designed to be adapted to suit any participant.
